David Pinyerd

David Pinyerd is our founder, owner, and managing attorney. He has personally represented thousands of clients pursuing disability benefits over more than twelve years. Mr. Pinyerd earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University. He strongly believes our dedication and work ethic separate us from other firms. Exton Cordingley

Exton R. Cordingley is a VA-accredited attorney. He served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army from 2009 to 2018, obtaining the rank of Captain. Mr. Cordingley represented soldiers before the Army’s Medical Evaluation Board (MEB), the Army’s Physical Evaluation Board (PEB), and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He later worked as an Attorney Adviser at the Board of Veterans Appeals in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cordingley graduated with a B.S. from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 2005 and received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2008.

Hannah Martin

Hannah Martin is our paralegal and office manager. She lives in Lebanon with her fiancé and their two Boston terriers, Jeb & Levi. Hannah joined the Army straight out of high school and was enlisted for six years. While in the service, she worked as a 35 Foxtrot Intel Analyst. In 2012, she received her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Ivy Tech in 2012. Hannah later joined Pinyerd Disability Law, LLC, where she derives pleasure and purpose from helping people.
